Introduction to Human-Computer Interaction Design.

You can access the main lectures delivered to students at Stanford University, California. These provide a useful introduction to some of the themes we will be tackling. Check out in particular the lectures on participant observation, interviewing, other strategies, design for people, prototyping as communication, and the four on conducting user study. They are all relatively short.
